What colleges will consider my score for economics PhD ??

Hi,
Just gave my gmat few hours back. Completely screwed it. Had been consistently getting 730 to 790 in practice tests but got 740. This score completely revises the list of colleges I can apply to. My Quant sucked at 49(never got less than 50 in last 10 tests) . I can blame things like I only got 2 hours of sleep last night because of conjunctivitis, but that doesn't matter.
I am from India, 35 years, ED, undergraduate gpa at 3.6, post graduate gpa at 3.1- in one of the best schools of India) heading fixed income trading of a large private back . Been in treasury for past 10 years, trading and structuring derivatives. What colleges can I now apply to, now that my score is below 99 percentile. Also does it make sense to give gmat again, if I can get 760+ next time. There is hardly any time left for cut off dates.
Thanks... I am in a shock and will appreciate any help.
Hi just thought more while drinking a few pegs of scotch. I understand it's good score, and I understand that I may sound ungrateful, but just feel disappointed. I could've but I didn't - as hillary Clinton said.
