Another trivia I was looking at the results reported for R1 for this year and looks like they were sent out around 4 PM IST on the day that was mentioned on their website (Tomorrow for us). The funny part is it will be very early morning for me and I would be sleeping amidst all the action. All the best everyone. Hope to see you all on the other side.

Browsing thru the other forums...Saw this scary post from another guy. I called up ISB today...The adcom person said that the R2 results will be out on 15th or 16th but the R1 waitlisted people will get their result 1 or 2 weeks after that.The result can be on 16th as well. Thats a killer.. I am already going nuts waiting...

If any body has any questions on ISB admission process do let me know? Moreover ISB from this year is starting a EOGX initiative where in your friends at ISB can refer you. The referred candidates would be guided by the Admissions team as may be desired by him/her.

My question is a bit diffferent for here on the forum. I have a full on Scientific background ie
1) Finished my MTech in Biotech this year(2010)
2) Work for a CSIR funded project (Open Source DRug Discovery)
3) Invited Speaker at 2 internation Scientific collaboration meets
4) Event Organiser for Scientific meet in Delhi
5) Work ex of 1 year
And all this is as a newbie to the research field. My questions are
1)How much does ISB give in terms of consideration to someone from a background like mine (also i've had good scores throughout, will take the GMAT early next year)
2) Am looking specifically at the pharma industry and being a project manager or something on the same lines.
3) As a fresher what are my chances.
4) What scores should I be looking at (considering there's a relaxation for people with good work ex's)

I am in for ISB for the 2012 season. Though of Indian origin, I do hold a foreign passport so the deadlines are not applicable for me. Will be happy to create forum discussions here.
