One thing you may want to consider is that Yale has loan forgiveness for people who go into non-profit fields, so the difference between a scholarship and no scholarship may be diminished quite a bit if you go into a lower paying field.

duke has the same as do many other schools. duke places a lot of students into non-profit not that many though as yale
