London Business School Class of 2016 Calling all applicants!

Did anyone hear of their interviewer detail? I was invited for interview but still have not heard anything.

Same here mate. I was reading that email again just yesterday, says we should be hearing 15th Feb onward - which brings us to this week.

Question for those who got offers already:

Does LBS tell you in your offer letter whether you are a recipient of one of the scholarships not requiring an essay? i.e. do you assume that you didn't get one of those merit scholarships if your offer letter didn't mention any scholarships? (which means that you need to apply for the other scholarships separately?)

Or does LBS decide on merit scholarships later on in the process, e.g. when they've seen most of the students admitted?


My background: I got an offer from LBS but no indication of funding in my offer letter. I can of course apply for one of the scholarships later on, but it would be useful to confirm this point while I'm deciding on accepting the offer...

LBS gives scholarships upfront as well. If it's not in your offer (or coming really soon) then you'll have to hope for the late ones.

LBS did reach out to me on Friday with contact details of an alumnus in Bangalore and have requested to work with him on scheduling and completing the interview. They have mentioned that the interviewer should be able to submit their feedback by March 7th. Hope that helps and you should hear soon!

Hi all. R2 applicant here. Only just got sent my interviewer's details yesterday - emailed them straight away but haven't heard back yet. So can't give any feedback yet but will check back in once I have my interview (although it could be a while).

So here's a question, when I got the details of my interviewer, I looked him up, naturally, found out that he set up a cool business. Now I want to know more about him and his business but he has no website, nor does the business and the only avenues I can see so far are SM channels such as YouTube - what do people think about following your interviewer on youtube?

Anyone can help me confirm deadline for Round 3 is 28 Feb 17:00 GMT (it means 1:00 am 1st Mar Singapore time)? Last time I couldn't complete the application form of Wharton since it closed before the deadline time (same day but before the deadline around 5-8 hours).

Is there any clock countdown from LBS that I can use to do my final check before hitting submit button?

Hi guys, on the internal LBS portal, the wording has changed to reflect that the vast majority of scholarships will only be distributed in June 2014 - so there are only a few that are given out per round.
