Help!
I'm visiting both schools soon, but I'm pretty torn. I received about equal scholarship from both (only 10K diff over 2 years between the two with ND higher). Post graduation I am not tied to a particular area, but ideally would like the opportunity to go west, midwest, or potentially overseas working in a CSR function either at a consulting firm or in house at a tech company.
Is the ND brand significantly more powerful outside of MBA recruiters or outside of the midwest?
Hello,
To answer your question, the answer is yes. I recently attended the Mendoza MBA Spring Preview day and the adcom showed us a chart that included the % of alums working in various areas throughout the country. There were just as many alums working on the west coast as there were working in the midwest. There were also a lot of alums working in the north east - more than I would have guessed. It was all very evenly spaced. The network is enormous and the brand is undeniable. What are you looking to study while in b-school?
