) .Have 3 years of solid workex with great extracurricular and some entrepreneurial initiatives.Want to work in tech post-MBA. Kelley is one of my top choices. We do have some schools in common!

I guess not being a male Indian IT engineer is a saving grace for you. My profile : Indian + IT + Engineer + Male . Could I be anymore cursed ?
I have like 5 years of some decent experience, part of which is with a tech startup and quite a few promotions.
I have average extra curricular. Some philanthropy here and there and a few community engagements.
I too plan to be either in Tech or Consulting or both if possible. Kelley is my top choice as well, owing to the location and the opportunities available.

Hi shubham2312,
Your school selection says you are applying to Kelley Part Time MBA? Guess, its a typo.
I am no expert in this but believe me, your profile has what it takes.... "Diversity". You need to draft your essays in such a way that it displays why you did what you did. A engineer working for a Nationalized Bank is somewhat non-ordinary. Target for a good GMAT score, I suggest 720+ at least to stand out.
I am in same boat as you, lets make it to Kelley.

Hi Harish,
Priority Round is Round 2. The Round 1 for Kelley is Early Round. Round 2 in Kelley is called Priority Round probably because you get priority consideration for merit scholarships if you apply by this deadline as is the case with most schools.
