Hi Can anybody help me with this:

Carlson says that we are exempt from TOEFL if "You have completed your previous education solely in English in a country where English is not an official language". And "Your transcript must indicate that English was the language of instruction."

However, For me The language of Instruction is on the Degree Certificate. The transcript doesn't have the medium of instruction. In the application, there is only 1 upload option for 1 university. Carlson specifically asked for transcript.

How should I show that my Language of Instruction is English??
Can I merge two documents? Will Carlson accept it?

Please help asap.

Hi Can anybody help me with this:

Carlson says that we are exempt from TOEFL if "You have completed your previous education solely in English in a country where English is not an official language". And "Your transcript must indicate that English was the language of instruction."

However, For me The language of Instruction is on the Degree Certificate. The transcript doesn't have the medium of instruction. In the application, there is only 1 upload option for 1 university. Carlson specifically asked for transcript.

How should I show that my Language of Instruction is English??
Can I merge two documents? Will Carlson accept it?

Please help asap.

I don't think so. Even I'm merging documents. Why do you think schools would have a concern. I think they'll be happy that you are proactively providing adequate documentation.

hmm, I was concerned since they asked specifically for transcript, we should provide only transcript. I wanted to check if others are following the same.

If I were you I wouldn't worry about providing any additional document which supports my case. Providing less is a problem. But if you still don't feel confident you can always send them an email.

Same problem here. Anyone tried calling their admissions office?

Yes I am also facing same error. It should have allowed till 11:59 PM, Nov 1st EST for 1st round.

Yes that's what I was thinking. I'm gonna submit my app today in any case and drop them an email so I have the error on record. I'm sure they'll understand. Its probably a system error. I'll suggest you and anyone else facing the same issue do submit your app today. At least on record our apps will be in by the deadline.

If the deadline falls on a weekend or university holiday, the effective deadline will be the next business day

I don't know what to make of it.
