Will my application be considered incomplete till my original transcript and other docs reach Rutgers? How long does it take for the docs to reach? I am from India.

Will my application be considered incomplete till my original transcript and other docs reach Rutgers? How long does it take for the docs to reach? I am from India.

I was in the same boat last year. To answer your question, yes your application will be incomplete till they receive your original transcripts. The documents reach within a week if you send them through any of the express couriers and Rutgers is quick to update your application status as and when the documents are received.

Thanks a lot! I will be sending the docs tomorrow and since the deadline is 15th Nov I guess that would be ok.

Received decision from interviewer in an email. Admitted. No word on scholarship though. Was scholarship information part of the email itself?
