Had first interview. Went very well. I used mattapraveen's list to prepare but in my experience, I'd say apart from the 4 Why's , multi-cultural view , and Question to alum, the best way to prepare is to “be yourself”. It was more of a conversation than an interview, and interviewer appeared to be asking similar questions in different ways. In general, he was looking for fit and to see if I was really interested in INSEAD.

Looking forward to next interview!

fully agrree with this: interviews tend to be more informal than other schools, even if it happens at your interviewer's office
my bouncer question: "if you have a bit of cash, in what would you invest tomorrow?"
the guy does not expect at all an answer with full details and figures and ROI and IRR or anything... he's more looking to your ideas and to the way you are reasonning...

one sentence i picked up: At INSEAD, we have alumni interviewing our candidates. This aspect of the admissions process is unique to us, and it’s invaluable as the interviewer is then able to assess the candidate as if they were a classmate.

Nope. In the same boat. I am not even sure if they send out invites on the last day. Or do they?

If you have done atleast a 4 year course at a college where the medium of teaching is entirely english, and the degree states the same, you dont need to take Toefel.

I think the final notification date for R2 is Sept 7th, usually a friday. Soyou start hearing from the Tuesday of that week, i.e. 4th Sept. That has been the trend, but might change.
