Admit without interview! Wow, congratulations! Does Schulich give a fair bit of admits w/o interviews, or is yours a rare case?

From what I've read they give out acceptances without interview quite often.
As for the GMAT, I sent them my official scores. I had forgotten initially and they sent me an email saying that the file won't be complete until the scores are received.

Is anyone else concerned with Schulich admitting candidates without an interview?
Personally, it raises a red-flag; some candidates might lack the necessary social/inter-personal skills needed to add value in the classroom or to land a competitive job.
Obviously this would reduce the program's attractiveness to recruiters, impacting placement rates and the perception of Schulich as a whole.

admit without interview (or admit during the interview) for such a small program is not a good practice. it shows York does not put much emphasis on human interactions.
