Nope. Submitted my app on April 4th, they started reviewing a week later, told me the official transcripts were missing on April 12th, sent them those and followed up yesterday regarding the transcripts. Now the lady at the office emailed to say my transcripts had been received and that if I hadn't recieved the decision letter already I'd get it shortly by postal mail.
