Hello community! I have a question regarding the reference form. My referees received it and it appears it has very limited space to write anything substantial. Is the form supposed to have a word limit, or it is just a glitch.

Hello everyone! 
I've submitted my application on Oct 31st. Essays, and transcripts on Nov 1st. But I totally forgot about GMAT, so just requested GMAC to send my score to the school on Oct 31st. My checklist is green for all elements except GMAT. Will my application be considered in round 1? or will it have to wait until R2. The Mcgill website says they evaluate applications as soon as they're complete, so I'm a bit confused by the Rounds deadline.

Thank you!! Actually I'm applying to MMR program of Desautels not MBA program so maybe my profile would be different from others. 
The interview was like a conversational talk to help them know more about myself and help me know if the program may have any difficulties that I can't withstand.

Hello! I was just filling out the application form for R2 at Desautels for MBA fall 24 intake. In the form, it only asks the date for the GMAT and doesn't ask for the score. Where to input the GMAT score? Also, if it takes the score directly from GMAC, how would it know the score is mine?

Hi! Yes they only ask for the date at that stage of the application. You will not need to add your score. They only accept official score sent directly from GMAC, just make the request as soon as you can because it takes a week to arrive (in my case). 
Once you submit and pay the fee, you'll see the section where you need to upload your essays and transcripts. Again you won't have to upload unofficial score, they only accept official scores directly sent from GMAC.

For R2 they started

Hi, they were mostly behavioural questions such as why MBA, why McGill, what are my post MBA goals, what do I like the most about my job, what are my long term goals, what would my manager say is my greatest strength etc.

The questions asked were in line with the interview debriefs given in gmatclub.

After that I was asked whether I have applied to other schools. And then I was given a chance to ask questions.
