I echo the comments above. You need to understand the concepts that are tested on the GMAT and OG work alone probably won't be enough.

I recommend that you work through a full prep course if you want to maximize your score. Do some research on the top companies to see what works best for you (tutoring, in-person classes, online classes, self-study programs). Most companies have free resources for you to take a "test-drive". Realize that you will need to make a significant investment in both time and money.
