Don't take paper tests...only take CATs if you want to approximate your score. The experience is entirely different, and that 690 on the paper test will lull you into a false sense of security.

Definitely do the GMATPrep tests; those are a must as they are the official ones. The Princeton Review tests are also adaptive and highly recommended.
