Hi

I had originally scheduled my GMAT on June 7. I started my preparation in March. I have completed OG11 and I believe I am not yet ready for the GMAT. So I have decided to reschedule it. I have to get into a school by next year (2011-).

So, my question is " till what time can I still apply to B schools (US and India and UK only)?" I am thinking September 2010, but want to confirm. Basically I am aiming for ISB, hyderabad, India. If not that, then one of the top 30 B schools. That means, I have to score 720+. (I have a 2 year Work experience as of today as a systems Engineer in LnT Infotech, (Larsen and Toubro), Mumbai).

So, if what I am thinking is true, then I can reschedule my exam to August this year? Please confirm the approximate month till we can apply to the B schools.

Also, can somebody please tell me where I can find the scratch booklet and the pen that we get on GMAT in India?

Um, the cycle for 2011 admissions last until early 2011. You should be fine. But I think applying earlier is better.

For most US Bschools (not sure about ISB), you can take GMAT the day before the admission deadline and as long as you indicate your GMAT Score on the application, it will count (they will have to verify the score with the official report which usually arrives in 1-3 weeks).

hi friends my name is murthy,and iam chef ,recently i have gmat and my score was 420 quant33 verbal16,could anybody suggest me how do i improve my score

I would suggest you to start a new topic of your own. This will result in more number of people in seeing your particular issue and reply accordingly. :-D

Thanks for the replies guys. I just found out that for ISB hyderabad, deadline for cycle 1 is Aug 30 2010 and for cycle 2 is around November 2010. I have rescheduled my exam to Aug 12 2010. Lets see what happens this time.....
