For most US Bschools (not sure about ISB), you can take GMAT the day before the admission deadline and as long as you indicate your GMAT Score on the application, it will count (they will have to verify the score with the official report which usually arrives in 1-3 weeks).

most bschools have not announced their deadlines yet but here is a list form last year: the-pants-pooping-applicant-thread-for-78477.html?highlight=ml401#p617871

Thanks for the replies guys. I just found out that for ISB hyderabad, deadline for cycle 1 is Aug 30 2010 and for cycle 2 is around November 2010. I have rescheduled my exam to Aug 12 2010. Lets see what happens this time.....
