Essay #2 - Describe your key leadership experiences and evaluate what leadership areas you hope to develop through your MBA experiences (600 word limit).
Essay #3 - Assume you are evaluating your application from the perspective of a student member of the Kellogg Admissions Committee. Why would you and your peers select you for admission, and what impact would you make as a member of the Kellogg community? (600 word limit).
Essay #4 - Complete one of the following three questions or statements. (400 word limit)
Re-applicants have the option to answer a question from this grouping, but this is not required. a) Describe an instance where you encountered resistance in a professional team setting. How did you address the situation? b) People may be surprised to learn that I….. c) The best mistake I ever made was…….

Haha, I guess I'll have the first post too...
Class of 2013 applicant here!
I just drove into town today and I'm attending class visits tomorrow and meeting with AdCom. I know this is short notice, but are any fellow gmatclubbers available to meet for coffee anytime tomorrow (July 12th)? Please do PM me if you are available.

Crazy to realize that my Kellogg experience is already over...best of luck with the applications guys. I loved my two years in Evanston and its sad that its over. Kellogg was way more fun than the real world.

in for R1. I guess I would try to write Kellogg essays before other schools. Those topics are pretty straight forward and makes me think more about my Future plans and career goals.
Concentration: Health Enterprise Management, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Analytical Consulting, Economics

This thread makes me sad by forcing me to confront the fact that I'm 1/2 done with Kellogg already. Best of luck to the applicants for class of 2013. Let me know if you have any questions or aspects of the school you want to talk about.
