Calling all Cornell (Johnson) Fall 2011 applicants!

Been following along and want to congratulate all those admitted, especially my amigos who are IN. Still holding out for a call in the morning.

Congrats to everyone admitted. I'm on a 7am (CT) flight tomorrow morning....hoping I have a voice mail when I land!!

And I'm in the same boat as 5pm, I sure hope they're not calling to waitlist me, or worse, ding!
I'll try to call them, but like some people pointed out, they're probably going to be too busy calling folks and posting decisions...

all those admitted anything on scholarships?

Did any R3 applicants receive an acceptance email or status update in the application?

No email or update. They are expected to release all decisions at 9am EST according to the message on the online application page.

quite a few admits for you. have you decided the school you would want to attend ?

Quite frankly, I am absolutely shocked (in a good way) by how this bschool process has turned out for me. At the start, I would have happily settled on a single admit from any of my schools but I guess I got ridiculously lucky.

Havent decided on a school yet but the scholarship money from Cornell has put me in a serious fix. Not only is it a great school but it works perfectly in terms of supporting my career goals. Before Cornell's decision I was leaning towards Booth, who hasnt offered me any money.

I will probably withdraw from Ross & Georgetown by end of this week.

Any movement anyone? Its 9:05 and here's what my page says... "Currently Under Review"

Complete - Your application is complete for final review by the selection committee. We will post your final decision or send an update by 9 a.m. Eastern time on the published notification date for your round.

I tried to call AdCom a while ago and they didn't answer...apparently things are hectic there

Hey guys!! I got THE call at 8:00 p.m EST last night. I couldn't stop saying thank you! I was too excited. And when I managed to stop she told me that I have been awarded scholarship $. What an amazing way to end a monday !

Congratulations and GL guys! she mentioned that I would be able to see the decision online by noon.

It's interesting that for you and Cookiesn they told you about scholarship during your admit call, but for the rest of us (I think) they said that the scholarship committee would be meeting later this week and would review our application at that time. Maybe they decide the $$$ scholarships early and the $ and $$ scholarships next.

Just an FYI on status updates, I haven't received an email yet and my online status hasn't changed from "Under Final Review".

Thank you brainhurt! To be honest I didn't know the difference between $$$ and $$ or $. So I don't know where I fall. It is not a full scholarship, but it is a considerable amount that willl certainly help me out. Maybe it is only $ hahaha I am not sure, anyway I am super happy!
