Thanks, bb. And thanks for the move.

Fudge, so far I've at least eliminated the items that don't apply. Beyond that...not much. Got my MMR form taken care of, thankfully I've kept good records. But just about everything else is still outstanding. Hopefully I'll get cracking on it soon. Question for you though (or anyone that knows), can we access our @gsb email yet?

As far as the Facebook group goes, I'll take a crack at it. I don't use FB that much, but I figure it can't be that difficult.

I, too am present and voting! As the most recently accepted member of the group, I have so many questions, don't even know where to start. I feel like once I got accepted, I started worrying about everything haha...such is life.

I'll almost certainly go to the 12/5 event, but I don't know any details yet.

Digs - congrats on the admit.

I was planning on making the 12/5 reception...but my schedule changed and given the time it takes to travel to NYC from Texas I'm thinking I might opt for the Columbia Connect events in 2012. Not entirely sure at this point.

Also, "Columbia MBA Class of 2014" is now up.

Have any of you guys had a chance to consider housing? I live on the UES now, and I really like it there, but had it not been for my commute, I would live in lower manhattan. Now contemplating west village vs UWS, or even morningside heights.. I'd like the collegiate feel that I believe is most attainable the closer to campus.. At the same time, I like lower manhattan.. thoughts?

I'm very interested in 2 things from you JTermers since your todo lists are much more urgent than mine.

How is the hunt for housing going?

Have you completed the kroll report yet...and if so, what did it consist of?

Hey everyone!

I got the acceptance call earlier this week. Can't wait to get to meet everyone face to face. Question - where did you hear about the 12/5 reception? I didn't get an invite, nor was this communicated by the adcom member who called me. Am I missing something?

Doesn't Columbia create the group? The admitted student site gives you a link. For the J-termers, a group is already set up.

I'm already in NYC, but looking to move into the UWS. Looks like I'm going to have a roommate since it's too expensive without making any income to live anywhere below the 120s . Is anyone know if it's safe above the 120s on the westside. If anyone wants to be roomies, let me know. Ha!

I have no idea if Columbia creates it or not. I didn't see any info on the admitted students site (but I'm not J-term so start date is still a ways off). What section was it under? For now it can be the official unofficial site I guess since I doubt they would set one up until after December.

Its at the bottom of the page that appears after you log in. Maybe they haven't set one up yet. I guess it might give away how much of the class is filled for ED and discourage people from applying in RD.

I definitely want to live in the UWS as well...as close as I can to CBS.

Does anyone know how easy it is to find furnished apartments in NYC? Especially in the UWS?

Hey PE,

Looks like CBS hasn't yet created an official Facebook group, but jt created an 'unofficial' one which has a few of us.
