Hi there,
Thanks for your post. While the final decisions will be based on a lot more information you share in your application, based on the limited details here, I'd say you have the following strengths evidenced here...
-plenty of work experience, including your own start up experience, to bring to the classroom discussions
-demonstrated quantitative skills and finance experience
-somewhat redemptive grad school GPA (at least shows stronger academic performance more recently than undergrad)
-some extra curricular involvements
-GMAT is solid
And the following potential challenges:
-ensuring that your resume and essays make a clear case for WHY you need the MBA and why at this point in your career, as you do have a bit more experience than average applicants, and you've held multiple different positions etc
-explaining your undergrad GPA which is quite low for top-10 schools
There are still a lot of unknowns here, but roughly as you can likely imagine, your toughest schools from your list would likely be Wharton, Stern, Columbia, Booth, etc. Top 10 won't be easy.
But being realistic and applying to a range of schools could help give you better overall chances of success. Good luck on the decisions and upcoming admissions season!
