We can learn much more from people whose views we share than from people whose views contradict our own.
Write a response in which you discuss the extent to which you agree or disagree with the statement and explain your reasoning for the position you take. In developing and supporting your position, you should consider ways in which the statement might or might not hold true and explain how these considerations shape your position.
One definitely learns better in a healthy atmosphere where there is no animosity. The main cause for animosity is when two have contradictory views on a subject. When two people have same views, it helps to build their confidence about the view, which eventually leads to the growth of that view.
A team becomes successful when all the members agree and work on the same strategy for success. Having same views not only means that there is no ego clash between the members in a team but there are multiple perspective of the same strategy. Having multiple perspective helps in building a comprehensive strategy, which leads to a definite success. This is an universal truth that holds true also for the society. When an individual has a particular view about life, he or she always ends up having a spouse who either share the same views and help in building their view.
Long history and researches have shown us positive vibe is one of the main reasons that one comes out of any situation with flying colors. Productive environments are made when people share a sense of comfort being in that place. Sense of comfort and positive vibes are developed in a non quarrelsome surrounding, where are people are able to develop their views by inputs from others who believes in the same view. The capabilities of Germany to win the recent football world cup was undermined at the start but it ended up proving its critics wrong. Not only the team itself but also its critics attributed to its team efforts for the triumph. Team efforts become good when everyone in the team learn from one another about the same view that they all share.
One has to also consider that every coin has its flip side. Sometimes people tend to be dogmatic that they fail to consider the reason behind their failures because they are so egoistic. This could prove fatal to any path that one wants to pursue to attain his goals. As the universe exists because of its randomness, not always, everything that one think could be correct. So, it's always better to have an open mind when it comes to analyzing winning strategies but it's also important to have self belief and good judgment.
Thus, sharing same views enables one to learn more and paves the way for success. Along with learning by sharing the views, it's also important to have a non-parochial view, self belief and good judgment on learning.
