Hey ya'll,

I'm looking at getting an apartment real soon. I'll probably sign a lease on a 2 BR 2 Bath next week some time. No details yet as I'm still looking at several options, but I am looking for a sub-let roommate . Rent will probably run somewhere from $550-$800 per month for a 12-month lease. I'll be holding the apartment for two years starting this August. Looking for a laid back person who likes a clean apartment. Message me if you're interested!

Have you been mostly looking on craigslist or what? My girlfriend and I need to find a place, was planning on doing that over the admit weekend. Are you planning on signing the lease without looking at the place?

Hey Pat Bateman,

I'm going to be looking at places this Friday. If you contact the MBA admissions office they can send you a handy dandy spreadsheet with all kinds of information on potential apartments organized by their distance from campus. I also chatted with some people on the FB group. For some reason this forum won't let me post the link, but search Kelley MBA Class 2015 and post something there. Some people will have some ideas.

P.S. Sorry I couldn't make this cleaner by quoting your post, but it won't let me do that just yet.

Any advice for those on the wait list? Hopefully someone knows something about how many they take off the wait list every year on avg and when. Also what additional info should we send the School in order to have a better chance to get off of it. Thanks

Got an admit to Kelley 3 days back, waiting for the packet! Finally the wait is over...
Wanted to say Hi to everone who will be at Kelley soon, been too tied up in work recently to actually do anything on this forum till now.

$$$$ = $50k scholarship and $34.5k GA position. I was not expecting that. I have a tough decision to make now.

Hi! I received an admit to Olin WUSTL and Kelley with NO scholarship. Which one should I take? Which one is the best?Olin is 7K more expensive than Kelley. But WUSTL is private and Indiana public. I'll appreciate your thoughts on that. Thanks!

Thanks golfer42. I am leaning towards Finance, but interested in CPG too. Additionally, I have no problem on building a post-MBA career in the mid-west.

Just received my admit pack. 50k +34K GA. I think they have convinced me too. I am giving up the 30k scholarship at Olin and will be matriculating at Kelley this fall. I hope someone deserving gets my seat and $ at Olin.

Do you have a green card? Some states allow students in H1B status to get resident tuition (e.g. NY) but most require you to have a green card before being eligible for resident tuition. (and you'd have to trade in H1B for F1 to attend B-school F/T anyway)

Thanks much! That was quick. I do not have a green card neither am i on H1. Guess i will have to shell out some money despite a generous package.

20K + 34k GA... confused between Olin and Kelley... the loan product + 30k schol that Olin offered is very tempting ... moreover the college has shown progressive improvement in rankings and placements
