I was at December's, Ad Com said it has previously been only a Round 1 phenom and will likely continue to be only a Round 1 thing.

Hi aditi123
I can see that you got through Kellogg. Why are you applying to Ross in R2 then? Any particular reason?

Hi folks,

I am applying to Ross R2. One recommender already submitted the letter, while the other one is taking his time. Assuming he won't be able to submit it by January 2nd but let's say 2-3 days later, will I still be considered for R2??

Hi mbaseek12
2-4 days delay is completely fine. Even one of my recommenders submitted it two days late.

I hope you guys know that the actual recommendation questions are a little different.
Here it is:

1. How long and in what context have you known the applicant? What is the peer group you are using for your comparison?

2. Please describe the applicant’s strengths and his/her impact on your organization.

3. What are the two or three things you would recommend that the applicant do more of or less of to be more effective as a leader?

4. Our students are involved in classroom experiences and action-based project courses where their active participation is the mechanism for learning. Please comment on the applicant's ability to help create knowledge in the workplace (i.e., ask questions, learn, contribute and transfer knowledge to staff, team members, and supervisors).

5. Please feel free to provide any other information you think is relevant to our evaluation.

6. Using the grid on the second page of this form please rate the applicant.

my two cents - no qualification is req... only character qualities like patience and active listening for a teacher and interest in the field... some small experiences are sufficient...
