Hi All,

Could you please advise on what would be most optimal way to go about improving from a Q48 to Q50 in around 2 weeks time.

Are there any specific topics which I should be concentrating on or should i be practicing more 700+ difficult questions ?

Pls. provide your suggestions.

Thanks & Regards,
Nachiket Gupta

Hi Nachiket,

If I were you I would make the GMAT Club tests my best friend. They helped me a great deal in a short time. Definitely worth having a look at.

Hey Soods,

Thanks for your prompt response.

However, I have once attempted all the GMAT club tests and was scoring in the range Q40-45 on them. Would it be beneficial to take the tests again and review my mistakes ?

Thanks,
Nachiket

I would say just go back and review the 15 tests you've taken...make absolutely sure that you learn from your mistakes..grasp all the content and then maybe reset and take the tests again.

Hi NachiketGupta,

No worries!
You can surely improve your score in the meantime as long as yo study with us.

In your case, your math skills are already good enough. Hence,
a key to Q50 is hard DS questions. you need to focus on CMT(Common Mistake Types) questions for DS in order to hit 50 or above. In fact, these hard 4-5 CMT DS questions are given on actual GMAT. If you get a half of questions wrong, you can definitely hit 49. Or, if you get 0-2 questions wrong, you can hit 50-51. So, you should aim to get 3-4 right out of hardest 4-5 questions.

You can learn CMT questions from our online course. Although you don't have much time left, we are certain that you can surely pick up before your exam based on your decent skills.

We'd like to suggest you to study "Short-Cut 51 course for 1 month" for students whose scores are Q45~48.

Also, apart from the online course, you can separately purchase 700+ level questions if you aim at hitting Q49-51,which a number of our students targeting 50-51 purchase along with the online course.
