Hi Solarus,

Again, if I can rely on my memory, I believe Cambridge requires two references as well. Thinking back now, I remember both my manager and my colleague (who happened to be my references) mentioning that the recommendation letter for Cambridge was a lot of work. One advice that I can give you is to setup a meeting/Skype call with your references to give them an overview of why you're choosing that particular school for pursuing business studies, and why you feel that you make a good fit. After the call/meeting document your conversation and send it to your references so that they have some basic information on which they can build the recommendation letters. In my case this helped tremendously as it reduced a bulk load of work for my references who already had very busy lives.

I hope this helps, and please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any more questions. Glad that I can be of help.
Good Luck!

rcab. Great info. Solarus: any info from your side? Did you submit your applications? How was the feedback from your references?
