Exactly. I've heard similar stories in numerous fields. Ain't over 'till it's over. Examples are the lucky folks that got their interview invites just a little bit ago. Congrats guys and girls. :)

Personally, I know I have a unique story and my app gets passed around quite a bit because it's not the typical narrative. Plenty of folks are probably in the same boat.

Well I wish you all the best and hope for a similar outcome as my background is also highly unique and probably would require multiple rounds of review before someone decides on my app. However, I must confess that most, if not all, of Wharton's interviews are face to face, and with the group discussion this year, for someone like me who's an international applicant, there isn't much hope. A skype interview negates both these aspects.

So, I'm assuming a ding - and that is hurtful as I had some expectations from Wharton of atleast an interview even if i don't finally make it. All the best to everyone else! Cheers!

Because I know some on this board were asking about Mumbai + New Delhi, I looked at the interview slots and they all seemed full for those two locations. So while I wouldn't rule anything out, since there were other international slots open, I don't think the outlook is bright for any remaining Indian applicants, unfortunately. :|

I was also surprised to see that the earliest on campus slots that were available was Nov 27, but even so, each entry I see (I'm assuming) is for one whole group, so there are still a healthy amount of invites left to go.

I think each entry is for one slot in a group, rather than the whole group. Once you register for one of the time slots, it is immediately labeled at "Full." I also think they open slots (and people already registered change their slots) somewhat randomly, so I would not use the available slots as a marker for remaining invites, international or otherwise.

Interesting. What about sf time slots and dates?
