I just called the Ross Adcom!!!

They were kind enough to inform me that they've run out of currency to make international calls and that all international applicants need to call them if the admission status is to be inquired before the official mail goes out.

Good question. They also seem to have forgotten Africa... (seems like i'm the only one here from Africa) :| I guess this is to be expected, since they only admit 5+ people from there (i mean, 1% of the class is from Africa).


With the reduction in class size, the 1% is more like 0.7% now..., 3 students? Starting to doubt if they even call admits from Africa? Thought since I'm in the US i could get the call, but it looks like my file is buried somewhere.... :| Unlikely i will get the call, hoping for an email...

I'm sure he was joking. People are receiving calls. Ross's international appeal would diminish indeed if the adcom couldn't scrape together currency for the calls.
