Keep in mind, this is pacific time, that's why we have a CLOCK in the first post with the official Pacific Time running. When that turns to 0:01 on Sunday morning, the tests will be available.

Kindly someone help me in calculating the respective time in India which would correspond to 0:01 AM to 23:59, Pacific Time (USA), 20Nov. I get totally confused with day light saving on...

Do suggest me some suitable site for time conversion.

Welcome to GMAT Club!

You can use the widget in the top post to switch to a corresponding time in your timezone. It looks like it will be 1:30 PM on Saturday in India that the Tests will be Open.
