Hello! Happy to help!
So there are some unknowns -- most importantly, which schools you are targeting and what your post-MBA goals are. How you plan to use the MBA and whether you are being realistic about your career plans is quite an important part of your application.
But based on what I see, I think academically you are strong - good GPAs (though keep in mind most schools will ask you to report the GPA as it is on your transcript, not convert it) and good GMAT (great job on increasing your score!).
I think your current role will help set you apart from other applicants who have only had more technical, software engineering experience. It's also good that you have experience working in both India and the US. But you're still applying from a very competitive demographic so keep that in mind. Make sure you are demonstrating a good mix of technical / analytical skills but also softer skills like interpersonal skills, working in diverse teams, and presenting your ideas.
Your extracurriculars could be a concern - schools won't really put much weight on things in undergrad. Are there other activities / clubs you are involved in now outside of work? Any hobbies, special skills, passions? These sorts of things can help to show that you are a well-rounded person who will make a contribution to the school's community.
Hope this helps and keep us posted if we can answer any more questions!
