Hello!
Your progression at SAP is great, plus managing a team and working in different countries.
Your total years of work experience is on the high end though, so keep that in mind and do not delay another year unless you want to consider executive options. Pick schools that have a wider age range of students, consider accelerated options that tend to attract more experienced professionals and entrepreneurs, and make sure you can communicate very clear and compelling reasons for why you need an MBA now (makes sense given what you shared here but you'll need to refine this further). Do you plan to continue with and return to your startup post-MBA? It is very hard to balance both so make sure you have a plan in place for how your CEO responsibilities will be covered while you're in school.
I'm not sure what "modest" means but it's possible you'll want to increase your involvement in volunteer activities or other activities outside work before you apply. Your GMAT is strong, but I'm not sure what your undergrad GPA is? That's another important consideration to determine your competitiveness at top programs.
Financial Times just released a ranking of the best MBAs for entrepreneurship so this is a good place to start researching schools:

Hi There,
Would really like someone to evaluate my profile for a top 15 grad school.
Indian, Male, 32 years old
Total work experience: ~8 years
6 years in a SAP, started off as a developer. Over the years got promoted twice and by the time I left I was Project Manager in charge of one of SAP's verticals within Canada. Responsible for handling Canadian customers while also being the scrum master of Canada Development Team of 12 engineers. Total value of all Canadian SAP contracts is well into the millions of dollars.
Total work experience in USA and Canada 1 and a half years
Quit in 2015 and for the past one and a half years started a startup in the tech space with 2 friends of mine. I'm the CEO of the company. Modest growth numbers. Lots of learning over the past year on how to run a business and strive for growth.
Extra Curricular - Modest volunteer work which can be leveraged in an application
GMAT Score - 720 Q49 V40
Aim: would like to pursue an MBA in entrepreneurship and specifically in the tech space. One of the major pain points that I experienced and honestly still experience is that while working with SAP taught me a lot about tech, project management and managing customers and their expectations, I felt in terms of business strategy I was lacking because the kind of business thinking within a corporate environment was totally different to what I needed in my startup and I believe an MBA that specializes in this will really help me not only with my current startup but in my future endeavors as well.
Looking forward to any input.
Thank you!
