2^-14+2^-15+2^-16+2^-17/5

= 2^-17(2*3 + 2^2 + 2 + 1)/5

= = 2^-17 * 15/5 = 3(2^-17)

2^(-14)/5 [ 1+ 2^(-1) + 2^(-2) + 2^(-3)]

2^(-14)/5 [ 3/2 + 3/2 * 1/4]

2^(-14)/5[3/2 * 5/4]

2^(-17)*3
