I'm a class of 2014 Rosser and I'm here to help.

You've all brought up some good points so far, but I'd like to calm all your nerves.

For the Indians, I wouldn't worry too much. Ross is very Indian friendly, we have a history of that.
For the GMAT theory, trust me 750 is definitely not a key reason to get interviewed.
The interviews generally come in waves, and the thing with Ross is you are a chance until you get a ding letter - which can be way after initial interview invites go out. So take it as it comes - Ross is awesome! Let me know if you have any questions.

Is there any criteria at all, to split candidates into 2 waves ?

I think its mostly to distribute workload for adcom. But then again they might focus locally first, by interviewing ones who are closer to US and in the next lap go for distant applicants. Not that your location would have any bearing on getting an invite.

Couldn't tell you exactly, I think there is a breakdown available on the website. It will be pretty low though - although I do know a few people in that range.

I don't think the "waves" are done geographically, but going by last year international acceptances came a day or two later than domestic.
The adcom say the waves are random and they've given us no reason to doubt them.

Hey,

I am applying in R2 to Ross.

I am international applicant from India.

I have a question about recommendation. The website says both recommendations are preferable from the place you work. Would it be ok IF i take one recommendation from my immediate supervisor and one from my client?

I have been asked to interview after applying for Round 1.

I am from South Africa and also did my undergrad degree at UofM.
