I know half the events I have been to actually have work experience requirements. The one I was at last night actually requires 4 years of prior experience (they have GM, Marketing, and Finance jobs). I know a few I have seen have 3 years, but most that have requirements (which is more companies than you would think) want at least 4 and sometimes even 5 years. Of course if you want MC or IB its not as big of an issue.

HBS goes after a younger demographic because they believe students get a higher ROI at that 3-5 year range. After that, its probably better to start looking at executive education options.....that's what an AO told me.
