Are the free tests from GMAT club full length CATs or just individual section tests ?

Hi StarvingTurtle,

As you can see from the link at the top menu of the homepage, GMATClub offers Quant and Verbal tests, which both are famous for their steep learning curve. You can do both one after the other and they will provide you with a Q and V score, which in the end you can transform into an overall GMAT score as per GMAC regulations.

I think you should tackle especially the Quant tests only after you have completed and solidified the basic concepts, as they appear to be includng mainly 700+ level questions.

Hi Bgpower,

But that wouldn't really simulate the real GMAT experience because I wouldn't be taking the AWA & IR Sections. These tests might be helpful as specific section tests but I'd like to take some full length CATs to accurately asses my preparation level. I have exhausted the Manhattan Tests. I am looking for more.

Are there any other good full length CATs out there?

Hey,

You're right that those simulation would not include AWA and IR.

In terms of additional CAT's I would recommend you look at he specified GC thread, in which people share their experience with third party CAT's. (I could provide you with the link if you can't find it). As I have only practiced using GMATPrep and MGMAT I cannot provide you with any personal insight, but have heard good things about Grockit. You can have a look at their homepage and see if they provide AWA and IR.

Keep in mind that GMATClub tests are very well accepted by the general publics and there may be a good reason for you for doing the following:

1. Take any newspaper article and try to write an AWA essay (find false arguments), based on chineseburned's AWA template
2. Buy any third party product for IR and do some preparation questions (MGMAT has an online question bank)
3. Do GMATClub tests for Quant and Verbal in the end
