May we use if and will in the same sentence? I know that would is ideal in the sentence below.
What about possibly?
If I were rich, I will buy you a car.
If I were rich, I would possibly buy you a new car.

This is the use of the subjunctive 'would' and possibly in the second case is redundant.
If I were indicates a condition contrary to fact...hence the use of subjunctive.

To me, both are wrong as explained above.

I guess my examples were shoddy because both were subjunctive mood and as such could not have will in it.
However, if and will can be in the same sentence.

present simple goes well with future simple...
If she passes her tests, she will graduate.
