I am a R2 applicant based in the bay area. I learned from this thread that Haas would email you, letting you know that your application is ready for review. I haven't receieved such an email from Haas yet. But I noticed my application status changed to "Application Under Review" back in December. Is it the same case for anybody? thanks...

Yes that is same as "your application is ready for review" status.

In past years they have called international admits first, so let's hope that holds this year.

By the way, do you work for Boeing? I met another interviewee with a background similiar to yours.

Hey, is that an interview call with Stephanie? Don't international applicants have local interviews with alums.

Oh I mean a call about getting accepted. I interviewed with a Shanghai alum.

I wonder if they will send out R2 interview invites for next two days, since ad-com might be busy with all the acceptances. Does anyone have an estimate on Haas' yield?

Thanks BDouglas, I found some numbers for the last year.

For 240 seats they accepted 422 students. so that is about 57% yield.

Apparently R2 interview invites can go out as late as Feb. 21, according to an email I got a couple weeks ago! AHHH!! I can't wait that long.

Best of luck to you guys. I unfortunately did not even get an interview, but Haas was my top choice. It's a great school!

Add me to the interviewed and waiting for a call list. Based in Sydney, Australia and have no idea if they've hit the Asia time zones for admission yet. Sitting anxiously.

I am a R2 applicant, and same is the case with me. Has HAAS actively started sending out interview invites? This wait is getting torturous!
