Calling all Berkeley-Haas Fall 2009 Applicants

Kryzak - Any idea if there will be movement after the R1 deposit deadline (April 7th, I guess) ? Or will the waitlisters have to wait until may to hear back?

I'm hoping that H/S/W/Sloan/Kellogg - R2 decisions and R1 waitlist decisions would have significant changes to the haas pool. Any thoughts??

sorry to hear about all the W/L and dings. Did anyone get an admit from it?

I'm not sure when they'll make the decisions, but the deposit deadline, days at Haas, and the R3 decisions will probably help most the waitlist in the interim, though I don't think they'll be admitting too many off the W/L before the end of April.

Will keep thinking good thoughts for you all!

Haas is my dream school but I really need to lock down an apartment in Ithaca before all the good deals are gone...I'm prepared to give up the dream

I was giving up hope, but I guess there's still more invites tricking out!

Absolutely no news for the past 2 weeks??? Who's matriculating? Who's interviewed? Who's admitted? Calls are going out all the way until 4/28, by the way.

i just interviewed on Wed (4/22) so hopefully I will still hear back by 4/28.

Ended up getting admitted on Tuesday (4/24). It made me really have to think as I had just got back from Wharton's weekend the night before. Although I'm sure I would love Haas and have a great opinion of it, I have decided to go to Wharton. I will be withdrawing my acceptance, so maybe that will open up an opportunity for someone on the waitlist. Good luck to everyone and thanks for all the great info you've shared. It was a massive help to me considering I didn't have any close contacts with anybody else knowledgeable about the process. Especially since this forum doesn't have all the pathetic dribble that goes on at BW. Honestly, I would never be able to convince my 2008-self that I would have the options I now have. This forum played a great part in it from GMAT to matriculation. Thanks everyone!
