Hi there!
Congrats on a killer GMAT! Your academic profile is in good shape. Your work experience is pretty decent - when you say lack of onsite experience, what does this mean? Were you just working with clients on a remote basis (conference calls and video conference) or were you just removed from all client interaction? Also, what is your leadership experience like at work? Team lead? Project manager? Client manager? You will really need to highlight your leadership qualities through examples of how you led others throughout your professional career.
Your future goals are still a bit broad. I appreciate you focusing in on the industry and even a goal of making HC more affordable, but there a million ways to approach this. What function do you see yourself in? If asked what your ideas are to achieve this, can you have a meaningful conversation about it? This is the level of detail you need to get in your essays to fully get your story across.
Your involvement is pretty good - hopefully you have some interesting stories you could use. My target schools for you would be: Duke, Ross, Darden, HEC Paris, and ESCADE. No one will ever be able to give you a reliable % chance of getting in - even AdComm members can't do that, but these schools make sense based on your background and where you want to go. Duke is going to be your stretch, but it's worth applying - be sure to focus in on the
HCS management aspects of their program. I just want to stress again that you think a bit deeper about your goals and how you see these MBA programs helping you get to where you want to be.
