Hi Neeraj,
Your primary strength is the fact that you have experience in a slightly different area than the majority of the Indian applicant pool. Having said that, it is still difficult to evaluate how strong your work experience is, compared to your peers, in your chosen career path. This factor will influence the choice of schools that you will fit well in.
GMAT will still be a determining factor - I hate to say this: while your GMAT is pretty good, it is average for Indian candidates nowadays. If you can improve your GMAT score, you can improve your shot at top schools as well.
Based on the assumptions I'm making about an average person with your profile, I think you should be looking at top 30 - top 50 schools. Your individual strengths might help push it up. Feel free to get in touch with us if you want to discuss further.

Synopsis of my profile, as of Today :-
1). Total Experience - 7.5 years.
2). GMAT Score - 700 (Quant - 49, Verbal - 35, AWA - 5, IR - 6)
3). TOEFL Score - 107.
4). Current role - Sr. Manager - Finance. Pls do be misguided by the title. My work is 60% Sales, 15% Marketing and Product management, 15% Credit risk management, 5% dealer audit, and 5% Training and recruiting.
5). Age - 29 years
6). Previously I worked with ING Vysya Bank as Branch Sales Manager for 6 months, before ING I worked with HDFC Bank for 2 years as Asst. Managaer - Auto Finance. and My first Job was with a startup. I worked there for 3.5 years as Business Development & Strategy Manager.
My Post MBA Goal is to work as a Financial analyst, managing corporate risk in a Finance industry.
Alternate goal is to work as a as Product Manager, managing and creating different value prepositions for financial industry.
Long Term Goal is to handle the business strategy department (VP-Strategy or Business Head - Strategy), of a financial institution.
Education background - B-Tech (Biotechnology) from Kurukshetra University campus. Secured 63% marks. in last 2 years of B-Tech I scored 72% Marks. 63% from Kurukshetra University campus is as good as 75% from a private B-Tech college affiliated to Kurukshetra University.
Leadership Work - 1). I have taken leadership roles at many fronts during college and in Job. I was the University cricket captain, achieving many awards and winning inter-university tournaments.
2). I was the Student Head of Sports Organizing committee in the University.
3). Team Lead during the summer project. We were 4 students working on a single project.
4). Few more like this.
Managerial Experience - around 6 years. Currently handling around 25 people.
Community work - I'm memeber of Bhumi - which is a NGO and makes public awareness drives in metro cities. I have been associated with them from last 7 months. Before that I have done volunteering for Helpage India, in raising donations and few others. I believe small small things that we do are part of community service, such as not using polythene at all and ask others to stop using polythene. Moreover, following traffic rules in India every single time is one of the examples. These things look small but matters a lot to us as an individual and community, and we set good examples in our circle, resulting in positive starts from others.
