For those admitted: did your application statuses change like they did in the first round (changed from 'under review' to 'submitted' and the list of recommenders disappeared)?

Mine is changed now, and I checked this AM before my call and it was still "Under Review"

Hey,

I am wondering whether any round 2 applicants who are not invited for interview could be WAIT-LISTED.

Could you share, when did you first find out about being wait-listed?

Thanks

Per Nu, it now says "submitted" with the other things below (Recs I guess? Can't remember specifically) now gone. My last name is early in the alphabet in case anyone is wondering if its alphabetical w/in geographic region...

I'm reading articles on how to stop being needy and not waiting for someone to call haha. This sucks.

I was wondering the same thing... my guess is that most R2 applicants will be dinged outright, but not sure...

My app status didn't change and still shows my reviewers. Am I outta luck?

I got wait listed at Wharton today which I felt good about.

All,

Just got the call 1:45 EST. Waitlisted w/o interview Round 1, interview invite in Round 2 - and just got accepted. Out in DC. Good luck everyone!

Congrats! That's a long game that you played! I'm deeply regretting not submitting my Stanford application for Round 1. For Stanford, it seems critical to give yourself that second look at Round 2. Best of luck to you!

Call came in just a few min ago (12:15PM PDT)!!!! Can't wait to meet all fellow admits in a few weeks and few more months! Keep the faith, everyone else. It's not done until the decisions are online tomorrow around noon EDT. He's called people up to that time before. Best of luck!

I am in Texas (Central time zone USA)

Thanks, sure... NY cauc female, took the GRE (It Can Be Done!) but my GMAT equivalent was 730, 3.66 GPA (with a strong upward trend) from a non-Ivy... 2 years i banking, 1 year working for a senior guy in the firm... really strong leadership (pretty much ran every org I was a part of from college onwards, including at my bank).

I imagine my recs were extremely strong (very close professional relationships with 3 sr people at the firm who are grads of HBS, Stanford GSB, and Stern, in various combinations) Interviews all went really well. I am really in shock with outcome thus far as well, looking forward to HBS tomorrow at noon so can start the tough decisions!

Congrats to everyone hearing and there's time left for those who haven't heard yet! I was lucky and got my GSB and Wharton calls within 30 mins of each other this morning.
