I am planning to apply in the September 1st deadline and considering IMD has such few seats and this is the last round, can any alumni comment on whether applying in the last round makes any sense at all?I did see many getting dinged already in the previous rounds so it could mean that there are actually spots available to an extent since they are making cuts rather than waitlists (or so it seems from the posts here). Of course it could also mean that there arent enough seats available too. Any advice would be helpful, even any stats from previous years on the allocation or where I could read about it if its already discussed.

I am a fan of IMD, and I am preparing for my application for intake 2015.
what is your background, why do you choose IMD?

I got a call about an hour ago (had almost lost all hope before that) and will be in Lausanne in the second half of September (24th to be exact).

After my interview on the 20th August, I got the famous "call". I have been accepted and will be part of the IMD 2014 batch.

I applied in R4 and have been invited to Lausanne for interviews. Will go on September 20. So I guess I will meet you there, fays2002?! Will write you a PM ;-)

I also heard that there are further interview sessions scheduled for Sept 10, 13, and 24 and that there are still enough seats left to theoretically accommodate all R4 applicants. So best of luck to all of you guys!

Do you think there's a way to meet up all the other applicants the day before the interview? It would be nice if we can do so. I just replied you message and hope we can meet each other on 19th. :)
