In Rubaria, excellent health care is available to virtually the entire population, whereas very few people in Terland receive adequate medical care. Yet, although the death rate for most diseases is higher in Terland than in Rubaria, the percentage of the male population that dies from prostate cancer is significantly higher in Rubaria than in Terland.
Which of the following, if true, most helps to explain the disparity between the prostate cancer death rate in Rubaria and Terland?

It clearly explains the reason behind the more (%) death among the male in Rubaria than the same in Terland.

No doubt, B it is.
It clearly says that people in Terland generally die before thay have
a chance to develop a prostate cancer. In Rubaria, on the other hand,
people live longer so their chance to develop a prostate cancer is higher so this explains the disparity.

I m not clear on why B is correct. We dont have comparison b/w average life expectancy for male inhabitants in Rubaria and Terland, so how can we reach the conclusion to resolve the paradox. Do someone has a better reason?
