So for the Ross application, we don't have to list our extracurricular activities?

This is the message I got:
This page is only required for Master of Accounting, Master of Management and Master of Supply Chain applicants.

Seems weird?

Is it also weird that there are no goals questions in the application? Didn't Ross ask for it last year?

Just because they don't ask for the goals in the essays, doesn't mean that they don't want to know them. You could be asked this question in the interview.

Otherwise, if you feel strongly about mentioning the goals in the essays then you might risk doing so in the optional essay. But, then in this case be sure that these goals become compelling reasons for them to admit you. Otherwise, it just means additional work for the adcom, which could backfire and go against you.

Edit: Same goes for the extra curriculars.

I'm surprised how quiet this thread is. Anyways, I like how succinct the Ross application is.

Anyone click on that "Submit and Pay" button yet? I'll be doing it in the next couple of days. When can we typically expect interview calls to start coming in?

I'm still quite far from clicking on that button. Have been really busy with other apps, but Ross is currently my focus.

For the last two years, Ross has taken about two weeks after the Round deadline to send out interview invites.

Soojin just said on her blog that Off-Campus interviews start on Oct 17th (https://michiganross.umich.edu/admission ... take-place). I'm guessing that we will start receiving interview calls around that date.

Oh wow! Oct 17th is less than 2 weeks after the Round 1 deadline.

Updated the first post with some videos on Ross. Might help folks prepare their application strategy a little.

Maybe not with the essays, but perhaps something else.

Are you an international applicant?

I haven't been able to find out any further details so far.

In case you're an international student you could take a look at Prodigy finance.
