So for the Ross application, we don't have to list our extracurricular activities?

Is it also weird that there are no goals questions in the application? Didn't Ross ask for it last year?
Just because they don't ask for the goals in the essays, doesn't mean that they don't want to know them. You could be asked this question in the interview.
Otherwise, if you feel strongly about mentioning the goals in the essays then you might risk doing so in the optional essay. But, then in this case be sure that these goals become compelling reasons for them to admit you. Otherwise, it just means additional work for the adcom, which could backfire and go against you.
Edit: Same goes for the extra curriculars.
