I have absolutely no idea about the order in which interview invites are sent.

Interviews are very conversational and relaxed. I feel that most of the questions asked are standard MBA interview questions except one on Ethical Dilemma and another on Guesstimates.

I have a query. If anyone amongstt you can answer it would be delightful.
Are the interview invites given chronologically according to the application submission dates.

From R1, it was 6-12 days after the deadline that the interview invites went out (a few got it later but the vast majority were in this timeframe). The interview request will be via email. You pretty much pick your interview date from there. Then comes the grueling wait for the decision date. On or a day/two days before the decision date, you will get a call from the admissions office if you are admitted followed by a email, and a small folder packet.

For those asking about interview questions, they are pretty generic except for the case. The atmosphere is very laid back, one on one, 25 - 40 min interview. Do not stress over it. Someone a few pages back listed all the questions they received, and my interview was pretty much the same.

Best of luck to all the R2 applicants.

Hey do you mean that most of the invites are sent in 6-12 days.
If so, dont you think it would be detrimental if one submits his/her application dot on the deadline.

I submitted mine the night before the deadline and received a response seven days later. However, I doubt it has anything to do at the time you submit. The staff has other duties too you know!

I submitted my application on the deadline (12-Jan) and the online application status does not show received for any of the documents. Is this normal or do I need to contact adcom? How many days does it usually take to get updated?

Same here.
However, their deadline was on 12, so cut them some slack. :)

it never hurts to give them a call to confirm that they have everything. I would recommend a call over an email. The document checklist appeared to be updated manually by someone at random intervals. As in, if you attached your essay and submitted it, the checklist wouldn't already show it completed. Someone would have to view your essay and mark it as received.

As stated before calling will relieve any anxiety you may have. I believe Heather is someone who could help. Hope this helps.

Hey folks,

I am a current student at Mendoza, If you need any advice, feel free to post here. I will be glad to help you with the admission process. I will be graduating in May 2015 with a degree in Consulting.

I did have offers from Olin and Emory but I chose Mendoza due to the scholarship and other factors. I could help you on these schools applications as well.

I submitted my application on the 12th and when i checked my application status it shows only my honor code statement has been recieved. Do i place a call to the adcom asking about this. How long is a reasonable wait time.

Even my application has the same status. I dont know if it is by design or something unusual. Maybe early decision and R1 students can tell us.

I think this is how it is for everyone. Have you heard back regarding your interview invitation? How long do suppose, will it take for them to confirm the interview sched?

I heard back about the interview invitation a couple of hours after filling in the form online via phone call and have scheduled a Skype interview (I visited the campus already earlier this winter).

I received interview invite yesterday. I have asked them to schedule a skype interview. Even though I have received interview invite, my online application still has many question marks.
