The video essay was mostly your standard questions. Why and MBA, Challenging Experience, Why Broad. Nothing too surprising. It also gave you the option to rerecord your response. So, you actually have 3 chances to get your answer correct

I talked to someone in the admissions office and they said that they will start to go through the applications of the interviewed applicants and decided on acceptance or not on the 29th. So, we should start to hear some results in the next couple weeks.
