Congrats, archumohan. If my experience is anything to go by, it will be very relaxed. Just be yourself, don't over-think. It will be behavioral so get your stories right. All the best!

rrai243 - seems we have applied to couple of schools in common. I have interviewed with Carlson!

I had interviewed with a member of the ad-com prior to submitting the application when they were in India with the MBA Tour.
The interview experience was great. It was more of a discussion and some really challenging yet interesting questions. Besides the typical interview Qs such as Why MBA? Why now? Why us? Why you? They are interesting in knowing your learning (at work), your leadership skills and experience. Also be prepared to talk something extempore!!
After the interview, I requested my interviewer to put me in touch with some current students as I was keen to learn from their experience. So my interviewer helped me with that and finally submitted my application on 28th Oct.

I believe they are going to give out the final decisions by Jan 15. We can hope to hear from them for a couple of weeks regarding the interviews.
