Yes, I think you'll be considered for round 2 in that case.

i've heard technically there's a buffer of a couple hours just in case this does happen, but i wouldn't risk it :P

Yes, I think you'll be considered for round 2 in that case.



Answer received: They encourage us to get it in by deadline, but there's about a week of forgiveness (no formal drop dead date though).

Called the admissions office.

My rule is to stay withing +/- 2% of word limit. As long as it is reasonable, you are fine.

I just called and confirmed the same. I might be in the same boat. My manager is on vacation and I wouldn't wanna bother him. I do have a backup but I would rather go for my manager's recommendation.

All done and submitted, and now the waiting game begins yet again!
