Does anyone know if all acceptances will be sent out (called) first, then rejections? And anyone in Kenya get a call yet??

Hi!

Do you guys know when is clear if someone gets a scholarship? If I am accepted but didn't get an e-mail about scholarship is that mean that I will not receive one?
