Last minute opinion question. For the employment section, I have a couple of jobs that were hourly. Should I post my hourly wage as salary ($12) or should I annualize that number?

I annualized it - figured that the text box asked for "salary", which usually refers to annual payment. I'm sure this happens frequently and they figure it out.

I wondered the same thing and ended up annualizing it. It asks for "annual" salary.

Proofreading for the last time before I submit. Good luck everyone!!

I replied with a few adjectives and a few defining characteristics.

How are you planning to answer?

I am unsure. Last time they have asked to reply with adjectives, this time I see that they changed it to "words". So are they expecting a line to sell yourself? I feel uncomfortable to talk about myself. I prefer talking about my ambitions.

I used a line. It sounded like a very condensed summary of my personality especially as presented in the application.

I ended up entering $12 as my salary. I agree - I'm sure they would figure it out either way. If they don't want to see a $12 salary, they should change the format of the question :)

And now the waiting begins...good luck everyone!

Based on what they've posted on their website, interviews will go out from late Oct to late Nov. I would expect just an email though instead of a call.

I turned in this morning as well. Anyone privy to what information will be sent out in the email in a week?

If anyone is experiencing the payment processing issues Stanford is dealing with, do not fret. I spoke with them they will have record of the submission and sort out payment later.

I went on the admissions page and sent in a help email and received this auto response, it couldn't hurt to do the same so you have a record:

"If you are notifying us about your Round 1 application payment issues, we are aware of the problem and hope to have them resolved soon. We are not able to respond to each help request. Please don’t submit with the pay by check option. We will notify you when the issues are resolved."

All my apps are in. I actually feel like a massive weight has lifted off my shoulders. :-D

On second thought, maybe its my lighter bank account, with ~$1000 less in application fees, that's making me feel so light-headed. :?

I hate the unsubmit button. I did it a few times and finally submitted it (the last time) at4.30pm. I am worried if I am included in round 1 since that button is still there. They say we cannot unsubmit after the deadline... Ahhhhh
